MonoSol M7061 is a cold water-soluble film with excellent mechanical and seal strength, and good solubility and overall compatibility range. M7061 can be converted in a wide range of ambient conditions and will exhibit compatibility characteristics similar to M7030 and M7031. However, the M7061 plasticizer system will yield improved cold storage and shipping performance. Standard thicknesses are 38 micron (1.5 mil), 51 micron (2.0 mil) and 76 micron (3.0 mil). MonoSol M7031 is identical to M7030 except for the small amount inclusion of inert fillers to provide a "high slip" (low tack and COF) non-blocking surface. M7031 is more readily converted in a wide range of ambient conditions and preformed bags are more easily handled. Also, fine particlulates do not adhere to the film surface during vertical, form, fill and seal converting. Standard thicknesses are 38 micron (1.5 mil), 51 micron (2.0 mil) and 76 micron (3.0 mil).
