This unique formulation is also designed to minimise the loss of impact properties and contains a UV stabilisation package rated at UV8. ICORENE™ XC1451 can be formulated in a range of colours although some darker primary colours may be difficult to achieve. This grade is not suitable for articles in contact with food, drinking water or medicinal products. Note: Types and levels of pigments or other additives as well as part shape and wall thickness may affect properties of flame retardant grades. Natural Resin, which is used as a carrier in color compounds meets all requirements of US food and drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520, covering safe use of polyolefin articles intended for direct food contact.
