Zelfo加工材料由纤维素(植物)纤维制成,具有自结合性和无毒性,其性能可根据最终用户的要求进行修改。生物粘合剂:Zelfo工程纤维在新开发的产品中有多种用途作为生物粘合剂,也可以替代目前使用的许多合成粘合剂。可成形:3D外壳/外壳、2D板材/面板饰面:纹理或光滑;未加工、哑光或光泽表面。颜色:未经处理、表面处理或着色;中性色调和鲜艳色调均可。低/中/高密度防水耐火性使用Zelfo基材料提供了向上循环纤维基废物的潜力,然后可将其回收成新产品,反过来又可回收和生物降解。获得专利的纤维素优化资源效率(核心)技术提供了一种极其节能和节水的处理方法,将纤维转化为一系列自结合的zelfo材料。这些材料的生命周期评估(LCA)因应用而异,但其来源材料、生产工艺、组成和报废处置具有低碳足迹和最小的环境影响。 Formed from cellulose (plant) fibres, Zelfo processed materials are self-binding and non toxic, with properties that are modifiable as required by the end user. Bio-binder: Zelfo engineered fibre has multiple uses as a bio-binder in newly developed products as well as a replacement for many currently used synthetic binders. Formable: 3D Housings/Cases 2D Sheets/Panels Finish: Textured or smooth; unfinished, matte or gloss surface. Colour: Untreated, surface-treated or pigmented throughout; both neutral and vibrant tones are possible. Low/medium/high density Water resistance Fire resistance The use of Zelfo-based materials provides the potential to up-cycle fibre based waste, which can then be recycled into new products which, in turn are recyclable and biodegradable. The patented Cellulose Optimization Resource Efficient (CORE) technology provides an extremely energy- and water-efficient processing method to transform fibre into a range of self-binding Zelfo materials.The Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of these materials varies by application; however their source materials, production processes, composition and end-of-life disposal have a low carbon footprint and minimal environmental impact. |
