亨斯迈子公司Venator宣布完成IPO
2017-08-11 美国亨斯迈公司(Huntsman)近日宣布，其旗下子公司Venator Materials PLC完成IPO，首次发行2610.5万股普通股。上周，Venator的普通股以股票代码VNTR在纽约证券交易所上市。 亨斯迈欲利用Venator债券发行产生的约7.25亿美元净收益以及约4.75亿美元IPO纯收益(不包括预付税)来抵消目前的公司债务。这样一来，12亿美元的巨额债务缩减将使亨斯迈净债务对EBITDA比率降到约2.5。而且，亨斯迈的年现金利息支出有望减少4500万美元。 |
