| 根据硬度的不同，成型用标准硅橡胶可分为六类。通过添加DMDBH后的成型硫化，具有良好的透明性、物理机械性能、耐高低温、耐老化性，产品可在-60°C至200°C的温度下长期使用，并且为了满足某些特殊要求，NE-151和NE-161可提供高ELA的橡胶。粘度和含低质量苯酚的橡胶（*0.002%）。适用于制造各种电子产品键盘及零件、机械或汽车附件、工业或民用密封圈及配件，以及各种耐高温、耐低温制品和透明制品。它不仅可以提供乳白色半透明产品，还可以提供硫化和着色剂片材产品。 Standard grade for molding and extrusion This product has flexible processability and comprehensive physical properties, excellent yellowing resistance and superior aging resistance at temperature of -50 to 200°C. The rubber for molding is vulcanized with 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane as vulcanizator, applicable to manufacturing of various keypads for electronic & electric appliances, electrical insulations, automotive accessories, industrial & civil seal rings, miscellaneous parts and transparent pieces, etc. The rubber for extrusion is vulcanized with vulcanizator DCBP (Di-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) Peroxide), applicable to various thermotolerant & cold resisting electric wires, cables and sheaths. This product is available as a milk-white translucent finished product, or compound with curing agent & pigment, or sliced product. |
